Primeval Forest & Marshes trip report – May 2015

And here goes a tour report from our second Primeval Forest & Marshes tour we had late April this year. Another great week with 11 mammal species seen and over 150 bird species recorded. Brilliant views of Bison, Elks, Beavers, White-tailed Eagles and a lot more.

Check our a small selection of photographs below and a full trip report in pdf:

  1. My party of 3 had a wonderful wildlife experience and enjoyed super weather too. 15 beavers in an evening’s river trip; lesser spotted eagles; sea eagles hunting; blue throats in the sun and aquatic warblers in the dawn. All the expected woodpeckers called out and scoped with panache by Lukasz. Experiencing the remnants of the once vast wildwood of northern Europe was moving. The whole package put together professionally and no viewing opportunities were wasted. Thanks from.
